Bashar Barakah Jackson (July 20th, 1999 - - February 19, 2000) was professionally known under the name Pop Smoke, was an American musician and rapper. Victor Victor Worldwide, Republic Records and Bashar Barakah Jackson were his recording labels. He was working with UK drill artists 808Melo Axl Beats and Yoz Beatz Pop Smoke rose to recognition for his leadership of the Brooklyn the sound of drill. Welcome to the Party, the lead single off his mixtape debut Meet the Woo released in July of 2019, was released by him on April 2019. The track Welcome to the Party was made by two remixes featuring American rapper Nicki Minaj and British rapper Skepta in August 2019. In April 2019, Pop Smoke released his breakout single Welcome to the Party the leading single off his debut mixtape Meet the Woo (2019). In August of this year two remixes of the track were released. The first remix featured Nicki Minaj while the second was a collaboration with Skepta. This track is noteworthy for the inclusion of UK drills that are seen later in the discography of all his songs. Collaborations with 808Melo as well as British drill maker 808Melo are the reason for this. Mpr Flexin is another single well-known. Following the rise to popularity in the release of Welcome to the Party he was a part of other artists on singles such as: War which features Lil Tjay and 100k on A Coupe with Calboy. Gatti is the newest track of the JackBoys 2019 album, which Scott as well as Cactus Jack are a part of.
